Terms of Service

Bridge Solutions LLC · BridgeCast

Effective 5 October 2026 · Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Bridge Solutions LLC for the BridgeCast software and licences. By buying a licence or using the software, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a church, company or other organisation, you confirm you are allowed to commit that organisation.

1. What you are buying

You are buying a subscription licence to use the BridgeCast software. You are not buying the software itself. We keep ownership of it and of everything in it.

Your licence lets your organisation install and run BridgeCast on the number of Macs your tier allows, for your own translation at your own events, for as long as your subscription is paid and current.

Tiers

TierSimultaneous roomsMacsNotes
Standard11Core translation
Advanced11Adds branding, vocabulary packs, transcripts, recording, upgraded voices, usage reports
ProUnlimited3Adds white-label options, event tools, and commercial and rental use rights

Features for each tier are as described on bridgecast.app at the time you purchase. We may add features. If we need to remove or materially change one, we will tell active subscribers first.

2. Activating and moving a licence

Your licence key activates BridgeCast on a specific Mac. The app registers a device identifier so we can enforce the device limit for your tier.

You may move a licence to a different Mac — deactivate it on the old machine first. If a Mac is lost, stolen or dead, email us and we will release the activation.

Your licence key is yours. Do not share it, publish it, or sell it. Keys found in public, or activating in ways that do not match a single organisation, may be revoked.

3. What you may not do

You may not:

  • share, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software or your licence key, except under the commercial and rental rights included with Pro
  • use one licence across separate organisations
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except where law says you may despite this clause
  • remove, hide or alter any notice, branding or licensing mechanism
  • use BridgeCast to break the law, or to translate content you have no right to

4. Billing, renewal and cancellation

  • Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe at the start of each period.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply.
  • You can cancel at any time. Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops.
  • We may change prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice before a change affects their renewal.
  • If a payment fails we will try again and email you. If it keeps failing, the licence is suspended until payment succeeds.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not give refunds for a subscription period that has already been paid.

If you are unsure whether BridgeCast fits your venue, start with a monthly plan. One month is the smallest commitment we offer, and you can cancel before it renews.

If BridgeCast is materially broken and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will deal with it fairly.

6. What you need to run it

BridgeCast requires:

  • a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later)
  • at least 16 GB of memory
  • macOS only. There is no Windows, Linux, Android, iPad or Chromebook version, and none is planned.

Listeners need any phone with a modern web browser, connected to the same local network as the Mac. They do not need the internet and they do not need to install anything.

You are responsible for your own venue's network. Some networks separate devices from each other, or block the local discovery BridgeCast relies on. We will help you work out whether yours does, but we cannot change your network and we do not refund because of it.

7. Voices and models you supply yourself

BridgeCast lets you import your own voice and translation models for some languages. If you do:

  • You are responsible for having the right to use them. Many models are released under licences that restrict commercial use. Check before importing.
  • We do not supply, host, endorse or support those models, and we are not responsible for how they sound or what they produce.
  • We may change or remove the import feature in a future version.

8. Translation accuracy — please read this one

BridgeCast uses automated speech recognition and machine translation. It will make mistakes. Accents, crosstalk, background noise, unusual names, poetry, idiom, scripture references and technical terms all reduce accuracy, and no automated system available today is free of this.

BridgeCast is not a substitute for a qualified human interpreter, and you must not rely on it where a mistranslation could cause harm. That includes, but is not limited to: medical instructions, legal proceedings, safety or emergency announcements, financial or contractual terms, and anything requiring certified translation.

Any accuracy or timing figures we publish are measurements taken under stated conditions. They are not a guarantee of the result in your room, which depends on your speaker, your microphone, your room, and your network.

You decide where and how to use BridgeCast, and you accept the consequences of an imperfect translation.

9. Support and availability

We provide support by email at moises@avbridgesolutions.com and aim to reply within two business days.

The translation software runs offline and does not depend on us being online. Licence activation, purchases and downloads run through our website and the services behind it, which may occasionally be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the website.

10. Updates

We release updates from time to time. Some add features, some fix problems, some are required for continued operation.

You choose when to install an update. We recommend you do not update during the week of a major event — update afterwards, and test before you rely on it.

11. Disclaimers

Except where law does not allow us to say so, BridgeCast is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular venue, language pair, speaker or event.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or reputational harm.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your use of BridgeCast in breach of these terms, your use of models you imported yourself, or your translating content you had no right to translate.

14. Ending the agreement

You can end it by cancelling your subscription.

We can suspend or end your licence if you breach these terms, if payment fails repeatedly, or if your key is being used in ways these terms forbid. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

When a licence ends, you must stop using the software and remove it from your Macs. Recordings and transcripts you made are yours and stay on your machines — we have no copy and cannot retrieve them for you.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and both sides consent to that.

16. Everything else

  • If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • Not enforcing something once does not waive it.
  • You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it as part of a sale or merger of the business.
  • These terms, plus the Privacy Policy and the tier description on bridgecast.app at the time you bought, are the whole agreement.
  • We may update these terms. If a change meaningfully affects your rights we will email account holders, and the change will apply from your next renewal.
